Demand model: relative industry-demand indices built only from public housing, building-stock, business, manufacturing, healthcare, data-center, and operating-intensity sources.

Not a sales estimate: index values do not represent audited revenue, exact units, customer demand, distributor inventory, or market share.

Public sources: U.S. Census CBP, EIA RECS/CBECS/MECS, DOE ResStock/ComStock, CMS, Statistics Canada business and healthcare datasets, INEGI DENUE/Economic Censuses, and PeeringDB.

Each industry profile is normalized to 100% of its own modeled North American demand. Shares are comparable geographically within a profile, not as absolute market sizes between profiles.

Road mode uses routed distance and duration. Geographic fallback is identified when routing is unavailable.

Plants may serve demand directly or replenish warehouses. Each demand zone is assigned to the lowest-effective-distance route.
